Sonali Jain has spent more than eight years working with one small, remarkably well-connected part of the body: the outer ear. In that time she has delivered thousands of sessions to patients across Delhi NCR living with cervical pain, sciatica, knee arthritis, migraine, PCOD and long-running stress.
Her approach is deliberately unhurried. Every new patient begins with a full conversation — what you are living with, what your doctor has diagnosed, what you are currently taking, and what you would most like to get back to doing. Only then is a protocol designed.

Points are selected for your specific presentation, not from a fixed template, and adjusted as you respond.
Track honestly
Pain scales, headache diaries and cycle notes. If a course is not helping, we say so.
Stay in your care team
We actively encourage you to keep your doctor informed and to continue every treatment they have prescribed.
