How it works

One small map, one gentle session, one honest conversation at a time

The outer ear carries one of the densest nerve supplies in the body, including the only surface branch of the vagus nerve. Auricular therapy uses that connection to support your body's own regulation of pain, stress and balance.

What to expect in a session

  1. 1. Conversation

We go through your history, your diagnosis, what your doctor has prescribed and what you want back in your life.

  2. 2. Mapping

Sonali examines the ear and identifies the points relevant to your presentation.

  3. 3. Gentle stimulation

Points are stimulated with fine sterile tools or pressure. Most people find this deeply relaxing.

  4. 4. Seeds to take home

Tiny seeds are taped to the ear so the work continues gently between visits.

  5. 5. Tracking

We record pain scores, headache days or cycle notes so progress is measured, not assumed.

Who it helps

Auricular therapy is most often used for musculoskeletal pain, migraine and chronic headaches, hormonal imbalance, and stress-related symptoms. It is always an addition to the care your doctor is already providing.

Frequently asked questions

Auricular therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Always continue any treatment prescribed by your doctor.
