Cervical Spondylosis & Neck Pain

Gentle, personalised auricular therapy for stiff, aching necks - alongside the care your doctor already provides.

You are not alone

The situation

If you spend your days at a desk, in Delhi traffic, or looking down at a phone, you are far from alone. Cervical spondylosis and chronic neck pain are among the most common complaints we see at our Model Town clinic, and they affect people in their thirties just as often as people in their sixties. The neck carries the weight of the head all day long, and years of posture, stress and screen time gradually leave their mark.

What you are living with

  • A dull, constant ache at the base of the neck and across the shoulders
  • Stiffness that makes turning your head to check traffic difficult
  • Tingling or numbness travelling into the arms or fingers
  • Headaches that begin at the back of the head
  • Sleep broken by the search for a comfortable position

What it quietly costs

  • Long working days become harder to get through, and productivity slips
  • Broken sleep leaves you short-tempered with the people you care about
  • Exercise, driving and travel start to feel like something to avoid
  • Guarding the neck changes posture and can pull other joints out of balance
  • The emotional weight of living with daily discomfort quietly builds

The payoff

How auricular therapy supports you

Auricular therapy uses precisely mapped points on the outer ear to support the body''s own regulation of pain signals, circulation and muscular tension in the neck and shoulder region. Sessions are gentle, drug-free and take around 30 minutes. Most patients describe a warmth and looseness in the neck within the first few sessions, and greater freedom of movement over a course of treatment. This work sits alongside - never in place of - the physiotherapy, medication or specialist care your doctor has recommended, and we always encourage you to keep your physician informed.

Auricular therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Always continue any treatment prescribed by your doctor.
